Who it’s for
This page is for businesses that wrap pallets for storage or transport: warehouses, manufacturers, wholesalers, removalists, and fulfilment and e-commerce businesses. Pallets are delivered free by us across Melbourne metro, including Thomastown, Campbellfield, Epping and Somerton in Melbourne’s north. Elsewhere in Victoria, pallet delivery is quoted.
The film
Clear and black are the same hand stretch film in two colours. It’s pallet wrap, often called shrink wrap, but no heat is needed: it stretches around the load and clings to itself.
- Size — 500mm wide x 300m long
- Film — 25 micron, cast
- Core — 50mm (2 inch)
- Carton — 4 rolls
- Pallet — 60 cartons (240 rolls), one colour
Clear lets you check the load without unwrapping it. Black is opaque, so the load is hidden from view. See the clear hand stretch film and black hand stretch film pages, or the whole pallet wrap, stretch wrap and bundling film range.

Questions
Is pallet wrap the same as stretch wrap or shrink wrap?
Pallet wrap, stretch wrap and stretch film are names for the same thing. It is often called shrink wrap, but no heat is needed: it stretches and clings to itself. We don’t sell heat-shrink film.
What thickness is it? Is it cast or blown?
Our pallet wrap comes in one thickness: 25 micron cast film, in clear or black. If you’re not sure it suits your loads, try a carton before you order a pallet.
Is it hand film or machine film?
Hand film: 500mm rolls for wrapping by hand. We don’t sell machine film.
Will it fit my dispenser?
The core is 50mm (2 inch). Check that against your dispenser or handle before you order.
Clear or black?
Clear lets you check the load without unwrapping it. Black hides the load from view. A carton of clear is $60.00 ex GST ($66.00 inc GST) and a carton of black is $66.00 ex GST ($72.60 inc GST). Postage within Melbourne is from $26.70 a stretch film carton (it can cost more elsewhere in Victoria), or delivery is free by us across Melbourne metro on orders over $500 ex GST ($550 inc GST).
Can I mix clear and black on one pallet?
No. Each pallet is 60 cartons of one colour, and the pallet price is for a full pallet of one colour. If you need both colours, choose “Clear and black stretch film” in the quote form and tell us how many of each.
Is there a minimum order?
Online, you can buy a single carton: 4 rolls of stretch film, or 20 rolls of bundling film. A stretch film pallet is 60 cartons of one colour. The bundling film bulk price is for 720 rolls.
Can you supply regularly?
Tell us in the quote form how often you expect to order (weekly, fortnightly or monthly) and roughly how much each time. We reply within one business day, Monday to Friday.
How long does a pallet take to arrive?
We don’t publish a delivery time for pallets. Before you order, we tell you when yours can be delivered. We reply to quote requests within one business day, Monday to Friday.
Do you deliver outside Victoria?
No. We deliver and post within Victoria only, so the quote form asks for your delivery suburb and postcode.
Can I pick up the order?
Pickup is by arrangement only. Call 0480 744 733 to arrange it.
