A 15kg ream of 810 x 610mm sheets with a matte finish. It is made for wrapping meat, seafood and deli goods — food-safe, and it breathes, which is why butchers use paper rather than plastic.

It has a second life in packing. Butchers paper wraps glassware, crockery and anything with an edge, and fills void space in a carton.
