Delivery, or collection by arrangement
We’re an online store based in Lalor, in Melbourne’s north, with no shopfront. Orders are delivered. If you would rather collect, call 0480 744 733 before you order to arrange it. The delivery cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay. The one exception is the archive carton, below.
Free delivery over $500 ex GST ($550 inc GST)
Melbourne metro orders over $500 ex GST ($550 inc GST) are delivered free, by us, in our own vehicle. Under that amount, orders go by Australia Post and the rate is calculated at checkout from your postcode and the size of the order.
Free metro delivery covers these postcodes: 3000–3207, 3335, 3337–3338, 3427–3429, 3750–3757, 3760, 3765–3767, 3770, 3775, 3781–3782, 3785–3810, 3910–3920, 3975–3978 and 3980.
Outside Melbourne
Packing tape, stretch and bundling film, bubble wrap and butchers paper are sent anywhere in Australia with Australia Post. The rate is calculated at checkout.
Cartons and boxes are delivered within Melbourne metro only. They are bulky enough that posting them costs more than the boxes, so checkout will not offer delivery for them outside the postcodes above.
Archive cartons
The archive carton 20-pack is too large for Australia Post, so we deliver it ourselves within the Melbourne metro postcodes above. It is free on orders over $500 ex GST ($550 inc GST). For an order under $500, please call 0480 744 733 to place this order.
Damaged in transit
Check your delivery when it arrives. If anything is damaged, email photos to admin@northernpackagingsupplies.com.au within two business days and we will replace or refund it. If you notice damage later, still tell us: your rights under the consumer guarantees do not depend on that timeframe. Full details are in our Refund and Returns Policy.
